Corruption- Where the buck stops

India is a land of scams. Not to go long back in last decades to "Google" the scams, the recent ones have raised a question to the very existence of Indian democracy. When India's one of the most gigantic scam i.e. 2G spectrum issue & the great Raja-Radiya saga and Commonwealth scam have just been started to be resolved by the CBI, another big issue of black money came into existence. And not to forget the recent 4G cozenage which has even put the Indian PM into the dock as 4G spectrum distribution comes directly under Space Department hence under PM.
Democracy is of the people, for the people and by the people and people are being cheated with their money. Initially when commonwealth and 2g scam came into the light, the NDA party tried to put the government into situation. And when the reports about the black money in swiss bank came into the existence, NDA also seems to be entangled. Being accused of various scams, where central government has just stopped after the expansion of the cabinet, on the other hand UPA has also been caught in the situation when it tried to gurge over central government by announcing to produce the proof that none of their party leaders have the black money is swiss banks.
Now let us dissect the both- the ruling and the opponent party in India and their take over the corruption.

Central Government-
Since two weeks the government of the country is on halt and it seems that it may not be able to take pace for next few months. The reason for this situation is the small expansion of cabinet before the budget session and a big change after it. The new ministers in cabinet and those whose departments are changed are trying to understand their new responsibilities. But most of the ministers are working in passable way due to the doubt of the change in cabinet after budget session. Its a wait and watch game for everyone. Government is already trapped in the scams of Commonwealth, 2G spectrum & Radiya saga, black money etc. And it has raised its problems by changing the departments of 37 ministers instead of giving opportunities to new faces. These new minister-department sport has pulled the government three months back. Month of March and April will go in budget session and due to the possibility of big shift in cabinet the public welfare is already been shelved. It is being said that Prime Minister is more concerned about the coming election then the country's welfare and growth. And that is why this cabinet change has been done.

NDA- Declaring the non-possibility of black money of NDA leaders have turned out to be a milestone round neck for NDA party. It has been more than a week of the decision, no leader among the member parties of NDA has tried to give clarification. The decision was taken on February 1, but it seems like party members are snailing behind. NDA party is also not an angel. Many ministers are being accused for scams from time to time. But NDA has moved heaven and earth for UPA government.

What lies ahead? It is a big question. People have lost or at least losing their trust in the government they chose. For them every party is same now. Politicians are following two of Gandhiji's three monkeys very well. Don't listen to evil & don't see the evil. So they close their eyes and ears when they find something evil. We have bureaucracy in democracy. Not only people but also the big leaders are preyed by bureaucracy. And the big changes in the departments have deepened the problem. Every minister wants a man of his choice in his department. So definitely the new ministers of these departments are more worried about bureaucracy. The transfer of Secretary of cabinet takes place at Prime Minister's level and joint secretary of cabinet by cabinet secretary. So it has become a game of power, money and lobbying instead of people's power. The last quarter of year 2010 and the year 2011 is a wake-up call for us. We talk about growth, prosperity and we claim we are the best. But we are also doing the best scams in the world worth of billions of money which shall be put into good work. Corruption is the root cause of every problem. A common man is being sagged every time. The man who is above always push the one below him downwards. And we are so used to it that we take it as default practice. But today is the day when a common man has to wake-up and say 'enough is enough'.
It is definitely a time for positive change that should start from our own home. Corruption isn't a one man's game. Everyone pays for it.

Are you leaving the opportunities thinking that you are not worth it Whereas they can take you to new heights? If you don't think that those opportunities are for you, you will miss something big in life because opportunities doesn't come over again. It is very important for a good career that one should learn to give importance to one's achievements along with personality development. Question yourself for this and try to understand your caliber. Like, should I apply for this job. Will they consider my resume? And then see what kind of feelings you get inside you. If these feelings give you possibilities and positive vibes, then it is alright or you have to think where the problem is.

Stop thinking negative
Your first step would be full of doubts,but never be afraid of taking one. You will be able to do it if you allow yourself to do it. You have to wipe out your fears and you have to come out of your shell. The only way to do it is to remove negativity inside you and learn how to find the way to the success and to fight with the troubles. Honest approach is the first step to the success. The fear of unknown will always try to stop you. But learn to take pride on your past achievements and your caliber. You were successful because you deserved it. One failure doesn't finish everything.

Dimensions of self-image
If you ever faced some depressing condition in life, then self-commitment will only help you. Have a clear picture of your potential which will help you to portray your 'brand image' before your colleagues, employer and your professional network. Your success depends upon the one fact that how you see yourself in the mirror.

Learn, Unlearn, Relearn
There will be a time in your life when we think everything is now set. At this period in personal and professional life, we create a corner of self-satisfaction or 'comfort zone' which tries to give us a feeling of security. But this is the era of competition and this feel is only a lie. There are possibilities to learn something new. And you learn many new things in your job or business. Not only note down the skills which are important for your current affairs, but also try to think about the the skills that may help you in future. Keep yourself updated with new trends and technology. You have to keep your pace with the flight of future.

God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him

Few days back (read months), I came across an article on web which was about the widely famous quote by the famous German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche.

"God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we
ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?"

A 19th century philosopher whose quote in his famous work The Gay Science did literally mean the death of God? No, his quote reflects the idea on which the 'self-sufficient' & self-centered world works. But the question here arises is how true it is?
The 21st century, not only made the man self-sufficient but it also brought with it the infamous greed, the desires to achieve more. It has somehow created the drift in the basic human qualities. Every single man believes that he is the master of his own and he can control the world. It leads to the need of being superior, but he forgets that the world runs by the power who is above all. He killed the God to satisfy his own needs. He neglected the nature and the very need of his own survival.
The modern man acts as if he has the power to do whatever he wants to. He feels that he does not need to follow what is unseen and he can enjoy what he can see. But future is unseen and unpredictable as well. It is govern by the supreme power.

How we killed Him?
We kill Him daily. We kill Him through communism. We kill Him when we fight for him. We kill him when materials becomes superior for us. And we kill Him when we forget that we all are made by Him. It is true that God is unseen but He holds the universe in His hands. He is the one who created and He shall be the one who ends it. The man is like an ant or even smaller when compared to His supremacy.
Today we are self-sufficient, powerful of all living beings. For us, everything is just once click. But, we are on the verge of political acrimony and chaos. We have lost trust in all institutions. People are on roads and they have lost their trust their in government they chose. Vandalism and violence are peaking. If we can make people believe that God is watching and keeping a count then I guess their behavior can be controlled. We fight with each other in the name of religion, gender, money and what not. The rich kills poor and the poor calms himself by thinking that the rich will go to hell. I remember the death of God is when we fight for the piece of land claiming 'our' God was born here. God died when religion has all its influence over people but not the humanity. We pulled each other away for religion rather than embracing. God died when we became God.

Is He really dead?

God is one who never decompose. He never ends. He is as big as universe and as small as He lives in our hearts. He lives in faith, the faith which is responsible for the whole existence. He controls and brings balance. But He is real anyhow. He is not a fool that will watch us destroying His creation. His beautiful world. The belief in His supremacy and His governance shall only bring peace to the apocalyptic world of chaos, fights & killings.
